These terms set out the legally binding terms for your access to and use of the ATJ Liquidity website and the private group. By using this website or buying access, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or buy access.

ATJ Liquidity is not a registered investment adviser, broker, dealer or licensed financial institution, and is not supervised by any financial regulator. Everything shared on this site and in the group is opinion and market commentary, for information only. It is not personalised financial advice and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

Trading carries a substantial risk of loss. Past results do not predict future ones. Decisions about your own capital are yours alone, and you should take professional advice before acting on anything you read here.

1.The short version

We collect your email address and your Telegram username, because we cannot deliver what you bought without them. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers anywhere on this site.

2.What we collect

At checkout: your email address and your Telegram username. That is the entire form - we do not ask for your name, your address or your phone number.

From the blockchain: the transaction hash, the amount, the token, and the address you paid from. This is public information that exists whether or not we record it.

Server logs: standard web server logs including IP addresses, kept short-term for security and abuse prevention.

If you use the client login: we store a one-time sign-in token so the emailed link cannot be reused, together with the time it was requested and the IP address it was requested from. We keep only a hash of the token, never the token itself, and the record is deleted a day after it expires. There is no password, so there is no password to store or leak.

3.Why we collect it

To send you your group invite, to keep a record of the sale, and to be able to help if a payment goes wrong. Nothing else. We do not send marketing email and we do not build a profile on you.

4.Where it lives

In a database on our own server. It is not sold, rented, shared or handed to advertisers or data brokers. The only third parties involved are the ones technically required: our hosting provider, Telegram to deliver your invite, and public blockchain nodes to confirm payment.

5.We never see payment credentials

We do not accept cards, so there are no card details to lose. We hold no private keys. Payment goes directly from your wallet to ours on a public chain.

6.Blockchain data is permanent and public

This is worth understanding before you pay. Your payment, the amount, and the wallet you sent from are visible to anyone on a block explorer, permanently. Nobody - not us, not you - can delete or amend it. If you do not want a payment linked to a wallet that is publicly tied to you, pay from a different one.

7.How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as your access lasts, which for a lifetime tier means indefinitely, because we need to be able to verify who bought what. Server logs are rotated within weeks.

8.Your rights

Contact us and we will tell you what we hold on you, correct it, or delete your email and Telegram username from our records. Deleting them may mean we can no longer verify your purchase if you later lose access.

The on-chain transaction itself cannot be deleted by anyone, including us.

9.Cookies

We set exactly one cookie, and only if you use the client login. It holds a signed token that says which email address you signed in as, nothing more. It is marked HttpOnly, so no script on the page can read it, and it lasts seven days or until you sign out, whichever comes first.

There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party cookies of any kind on this site. Nothing here tracks you between sites, because nothing here is loaded from anywhere else.

Separately, the checkout keeps your order reference in your browser's session storage so a refresh does not lose your place. That is cleared when you close the tab and is never sent anywhere except back to this site.

10.Children

This site is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

11.Changes

If this policy changes materially we will note it in the group.
